We read everything. We reply to messages that carry an email address — without one we can only receive what you wrote.

## What is worth writing about

**The queue data does not match what you see on the ground.** These are the most valuable messages. Our figures are computed from State Border Guard Service data, traveller reports, cameras and related sources, and at the smaller crossings they are wrong more often than at the large ones. If you are standing in the queue and the site shows something else, tell us.

**Something is broken.** A page will not open, a table has collapsed, a translation is off, a link goes somewhere it should not.

**A crossing is missing or described incorrectly.** We publish 37 road crossings on the borders with Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Moldova. If a crossing is operating and it is not on the site, that is a gap on our side and we want to know about it.

**A suggestion.** What is missing from a crossing page, which cut of the data would be useful, which article is worth writing.

**Partnerships, advertising or data use.** Pick the "Other" subject in the form and describe what you need.

## What to include in a report about wrong data

To check a figure rather than merely note it, we need four things:

1. **The crossing** — its name or a link to the page.
2. **The direction** — leaving Ukraine or entering it.
3. **The vehicle type** — car, coach or on foot.
4. **The time** — when exactly you saw it, to within half an hour is enough.

It helps to add how many cars were queued ahead of you and how long you actually waited. That lets us check not only the current number but the calibration of that specific crossing: the average throughput per car is a constant, and reports like yours are exactly what we refine it from.

## How long a reply takes

The form accepts one message per minute per session. That is spam protection, not a barrier for you.

Reports about data are checked the day they arrive: if a figure really has drifted from reality, it is either a source failure or a calibration error, and in both cases the fix applies immediately for every reader. Everything else gets an answer within a few working days.

We cannot speed up border processing, we cannot see individual people in a queue, and we do not handle the eCherha truck queue. Questions for the border or customs authorities have to go to them directly: [dpsu.gov.ua](https://dpsu.gov.ua) and [customs.gov.ua](https://customs.gov.ua).

## Corrections

When we publish a wrong figure or an inaccurate rule, we fix it on the page and change the update date at the bottom. The corrections policy is set out in [About](/pro-servis).
